General conditions

• Services are available only to adults aged 18 or over.
• A session is not booked until Lux has accepted the application and confirmed the arrangement in writing.
• Published session descriptions are examples; the final content is negotiated and may be changed or declined for safety, health, compatibility or professional-boundary reasons.
• No sexual services are offered.
• Clients must disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, mobility needs and other factors that could affect a session.
• Intoxication, drugs or behaviour that undermines consent or safety can end or prevent a session.
• Payment, cancellation and rescheduling terms are confirmed in writing for each booking; no additional policy has been invented on this redesign.
• Photography/video occurs only when agreed.
• Confidentiality is respected; a separate NDA can be discussed on request.

If anything in the website differs from the written confirmation for your session, the written confirmation governs.
